My boss is FLIPPING THE FUCK OUT right now. If you could see the inside of his head? It would relatively resemble Manhatten in terms of noise, confusion and activity.
He's supposed to get on a plane for London in five hours.
British Air could save a bundle on fuel if they could channel this guy.
